ご希望があった場合、海外（日本国外への発送）への発送も承っております。
お支払い方法は、銀行振込みによる前支払い、又はアリペイ決済となります。
ご注文確認後、送料および入金処理費用を合計した額をお知らせいたします。ご入金が確認できましたら、発送手続きを取らせていただきます。
発送方法はEMS(国際スピード郵便)とさせていただきます。この際、発送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担になります。台湾、中国への発送は1個の場合3,000円となります。その他の地域、国への発送の場合はお問い合わせ下さい。
お住まいの国によって、通関費用がかかることがございます。その際の関税は到着時にお支払ください。
時計の初期不良、修理の対応は国内のみの対応となっております。
電話での対応は日本語のできる方に限らせていただいております。当店よりお送りするメールは日本語、又は中国語になります。
We ship the item for the customers overseas(sending out of Japan) on demand.
For international orders, we accept Bank Wire Transfer or Alipay.
Soon after we receive your order, we will send you a cost quotation including shipping and handling. We will ship the item out as soon as we confirm your payment: You need to pay the total cost in advance.
Shipping method: EMS (Express Mail Service) of Japan Post only.In this case, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.Sending out to Taiwan and China becomes 3,000 yen in case of 1 piece.Please inquire at the time of sending out to other regions and countries.
We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc.: These costs must be paid locally and directly by the customer.
Our repair service guarantee for the initial malfunction is valid within the domestic limit: The guarantee doesn’t cover the any defect of the item(s) shipped overseas.
By the telephone, the customer is expected to have literacy of Japanese. On contacting with the customer by E-mail, we use Japanese or Chinese.
